Charlie Workman

Although a Texas native, Charlie moved to Colorado in 1969. Most of that time since was spent in and around the Denver area, coming to Colorado Springs in 1998.
He began his career with Colorado National Bank in 1969 where he spent nine years. During that time he managed the construction and mortgage departments of the bank as well as handling all types of loans and ended his tenure with them as Vice-President of one of the branches.
In 1978, he went into insurance industry specializing in construction companies and their surety needs. His clients included building contractors, heavy highway contractors, and various subcontractors.
After leaving that firm in 1988, he pursued his passion of fishing and golf for a while until boredom set in and he returned to the retail side of mortgages. He managed a mortgage company in Denver and originated residential and commercial loans until the early 1990's.
He saw a lack of qualified loan officers in the mortgage field and opened a company with the specific purpose of training loan officers in all phases of the industry including Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans. He did training in Colorado, California, Georgia, and Florida before starting his own brokerage operation in Colorado Springs.
Charlie owned Funders Mortgage of Colorado from August 2000 until May of 2003. Again, not ready to retire, he opened PeakView Mortgage Professionals in October of 2003 and is currently specializing in the brokering of all types of residential mortgage loans.
Charlie has been married to Julie (High School Sweetheart) for over 50 years. They have two sons, six grandchildren and four great-grandsons. Leisure time is spent with a fly rod, golf club or camera in his hand.

I am a native of Colorado, born in Denver, Co. and grew up in Evergreen, Co. I’ve called Colorado Springs home since early 2000. I got started in the mortgage industry in 1998 just before the birth of my 3rd daughter. I worked as a loan officer commuting from Littleton to Colorado Springs with my dad for almost 2 ½ years. Dad not only got me into the business with him but also taught me all I know about it! I converted from a retail loan officer to a wholesale account executive working directly for the lenders in 2003 giving me a perspective most mortgage originators don’t get to experience. I worked as an account executive until the market crash in 2008/2009 when I decided to try my talents in a different arena not related to mortgages. I sold customer service related, product solutions, in a business-to-business environment here in the Southern Colorado area for the next 13 almost 14 years. I successfully managed and maintained customer relationships ranging from Colorado Springs south to Trinidad, and west to Salida. Having found success in the corporate world of sales, I was still looking for something more and desired more control over my ultimate future and success. Sooooooooo as it happened dad and I were in the middle of a lake fishing and talking as we often find ourselves :) when low and behold for the second time in my life he convinced me that I should join him in the mortgage industry! Long story short, here I am, and I couldn’t be more thrilled!! I’m passionate about what we do and the service we provide to our clients and our partners in the industry! Not just the service but the way we provide it! I am set to wed the love of my life in 2023, We have and are currently raising 6 daughters between us with our oldest being 32 and our youngest 12 and still at home. We have 7 Grandbabies, 4 boys, 3 girls. In my free time I love to watch and dance to live local music, take the family camping, or enjoy an afternoon on the golf course! Peggy Dunn

A native of Canon City, Colorado, Peggy Dunn has worked in the real estate mortgage business for 24 years. Her current position of Mortgage Broker with PeakView Mortgage Professionals, Inc. allows her to focus on matching Colorado customers with a mortgage solution. Her work with residential loans includes government loans, including FHA, VA, and USDA/RD products. Peggy has supported the community she works and lives in by donating time as a volunteer to many organizations such as The Canon City Literacy Center, Royal Gorge Association of Realtors and she volunteers at many events organized by Fremont Community Foundation. When not helping local Realtors get their clients the right financing for their home purchase, or volunteering her time to others, Peggy can be found spending time with her children, and grandchildren. Her hobbies are gardening, crafting with friends, paddleboarding, hiking, and traveling. Joining PeakView Mortgage Professionals, Inc. has allowed Peggy to expand her knowledge of mortgage brokering to be the best at assisting in the home loan financing process.

Lynn Adamic a Colorado native and her husband Russ of 20+ years chose to raise their four children in the community that they were born and raised to be close to family and friends. The Adamic's wanted their children to carry on the traditions they experienced growing up and they are proud to call Canon City their home.
Lynn joined the banking industry in the late 1990s and has worked for both Banks and Credit Unions. Lynn was part of the original team that opened Credit Union of CO in Canon City and worked there for 18 years until she was offered an opportunity to take a position as a Mortgage Officer with PeakView Mortgage Professionals in the Spring of 2022. Working in numerous areas of the financial industry including customer service, new accounts, consumer loans and mortgages. Lynn has prided herself in excellent customer service and enjoys working with the community that she loves to help them achieve their goals, whether it be buying their first home or refinancing their current home to make it the home they have always dreamed of she wants to be a part of the experience.
